After Beirut, Amman and Paris, he started his own practice in 1978. After joining PD&P in 1991 as a mechanical engineer, he continued his education, earning a Master’s in Engineering Management and an M.Sc. Intelligent Buildings. He first led the mechanical engineering team, establishing procedures and developing tools for effective and quality services. Antoine has managed the design team for major projects and established PD&P’s Dubai branch in 2005 and later expanded the firm into Nigeria and Africa.
As the founder of PD&P Water, Toni has established himself as a leading figure in the water and wastewater treatment engineering industry, with over 25 years of experience. He has led hundreds of projects across Lebanon, the Middle East, and Africa, playing a pivotal role in shaping the region’s water standards. His contributions include co-authoring water specifications, participating in the issuance of water-related decrees and laws with the Lebanese parliament and relevant ministries, as well as lecturing at numerous local and international forums, conferences, and universities. Toni’s expertise and leadership have positioned him as one of the foremost authorities in the field.
Michel joined PD&P in 2014, bringing exceptional leader-ship and engineering expertise to the team. His steady rise through the ranks led to his role as a partner in establishing the Water Division, eventually earning him the title of Head of Engineering. Michel’s diverse experience spans a wide range of projects and systems, including compounds, fac-tories, industrial facilities, hospitals, and more, making him a key player in delivering innovative solutions across various sectors.
Dr. Boufadel specializes in environmental fluid mechanics and fate and transport modeling within environmental systems. His work focuses on analyzing the behavior of chemicals across diverse media, including air, streams, aquifers, and seas. With extensive experience in conducting experiments and simulations, Dr. Boufadel has applied his expertise to a broad range of environmental engineering technologies, working at various scales to advance the field.
Dr. Carol brings extensive experience in environmental and public health consultancy, having contributed to projects for international organizations, as well as regional and local gov-ernmental and non-governmental bodies. Her work includes collaborations with the International Labor Organization (ILO), World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), UNEP, LIBNOR, and oth-ers. She has also served as a sworn expert for the Lebanese Court and worked with organizations like CESVI-Italy, IFI/DAI/USAID. Dr. Carol combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of environmental needs and challenges.
